To become a staging manager individuals must be mature, responsible and must own the appropriate amount of tasteful furniture to furnish the major living areas of available homes. They are also be required to carry liability insurance similar to renters insurance.  Designed2Sell does not allow smokers or pets in the program. Our fees vary depending upon the size and location of the home.
