And oftentimes when people create business plans, you guys completely forget to take a solid, hard, honest look at where the heck you're currently showing up, what you're currently doing. And therefore you create these out of the world plans that do not match your energy level that do not match your vision.
The Revelation:
We did an audit a little bit earlier this year, and…
It was really hard. If I'm being completely honest with you, if I'm being really, really honest, it was probably the most challenging thing we did in the business all year, not because answering the questions was hard, not because we didn't know the answers to the questions, because but rather because the audit put us in touch with reality.
The audit took away all of the shiny silver lining that I had been painting over our reality for the majority of the year while my life fell apart, while our lives fell apart. The audit brought me back to the, to the ground. It brought me back to planet earth. It brought me back to what is actually happening.
How was I actually moving? How is Chantal actually moving? How are we actually showing up? Where were we actually showing up? What were we actually doing? And honestly, looking at that audit had us practically in tear.
The Blessing Of The Audit
We looked at each other and we said we're capable of more. We deserve to move better than this. Our community deserves to move better than this. Our community deserves more from us. I'm capable of more. I deserve more. And I'm committed in this moment to doing more and to doing things differently. And the result of that plan has been our email list growing every single day.
We have sales come in every single day. We've done over 40k, I think, in sales in the last two months, which is amazing for us after the year that we've had.

Total Call For Honesty:
The important thing to remember when you are doing this audit is that you are honest. There is nobody here judging you. There is nobody here shaming you. You need to be honest, honest around how and where you're showing up, honest about the time you actually have to grow your business.
We're moving differently in 2024. Be honest, send yourself love and grace as you go through that audit, and realize that it's the foundation. It's the catalyst.
The Audit:
We looked at the 3 main systems in our business and asked ourselves specific questions. Grab yourself a pen and paper and let’s get to work!
Traffic & Marketing
- What Social Media platforms are you actively showing up on to market your business?
- Are you actually actively showing up on those platforms or are you saying that you’re showing up there but you’re not actually all in?
- How frequently are you showing up on those platforms & on each of the elements within those platforms? (For example: How often are you posting on Instagram feed? How often on reels? How often are you showing up on stories?)
- Do you know which content type on Instagram, for example, reels, posts, carousels, etc., drives the most reach and engagement?
- Are you clear and confident in where you’re showing up and what you’re talking about to bring new clients into your business?
- Over the last 30 days, what has your average reach & engagement rates?
Offers & Programs
- Write a list of all products currently available for sale in your business & their prices.
- What type of offer is it? (Ex. Membership, DIY Course, Course with Coaching, PDF Guide or Downloadable, Mini Course, 1:1 Service or Coaching, etc.)
- What problem(s) does each offer solve?
Sales & Systems
- How many sales have you had on each of the products above in the last 30 days, 90 days, and 120 days?
- Do you have a sales system in place to sell each of the above offers? (launch, evergreen (always available), automated funnel, sales call, social)?
- What tools/platforms are you currently using to sell each of those offers? (Ex Kajabi, Zoom, Kartra, Click Funnels, Mailchimp, etc)
This is your starting point.
